Please join us in welcoming our newest Associate Jenna McDonald Nichols to the BMJRG team! We are excited to have her on board.
Jenna concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and separation, child custody, child support, juvenile law, paternity/parentage, and adoption. Specially trained in collaborative divorce, she is a strong advocate for mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
As a native Memphian and third generation lawyer, Jenna graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in history in 2011 and from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with her Juris Doctorate in 2014.
Jenna has served in the University of Memphis Child and Family Litigation Clinic, where she was appointed as Guardian ad Litem to represent the best interests of children in juvenile dependency and neglect proceedings.
She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2014. She is a board member of the Association for Women Attorneys (Memphis Chapter), serving as President Elect in 2020. She is a member of the Memphis Bar Association (Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division) and a member of the Memphis Collaborative Alliance.
